Special Education Records Retention
Did you attend Ridgedale Local Schools and receive Special Education services through an Individual Education Plan(IEP)? We are currently streamlining our educational records process. If your graduation year was prior to 2017, we are no longer required to keep your special education records on file. If you would like for us to retain your records, please contact Angela Murphy, Student Services Supervisor, at 740-382-6065 or amurphy@ridgedaleschools.org no later than June 30, 2024 for your records to remain on file.

Ohio State Testing season is upon us! Ridgedale Jr/Sr High School will be running an altered schedule for 9th-12th students on April 16, 17, 23 and 24 due to testing. On April 16 and 17, students taking Biology and English 2 need to report to school on time. All other 9th-12th grade students will be on a 2 hour delay. On April 23 and 24, students taking Algebra I and Geometry need to report to school on time. All other 9th-12th grade students will be on a 2 hour delay. All testing dates can be found on Ridgedale’s website under “School Calendar”. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Burris.

Spring Sports are off to a great start. HS and JH track have competed and have placed very well so far in their meets. Reminder that this is a big track weekend for Ridgedale as we host the 1st Annual JH Friday Night Lights Invitational beginning at 4:30pm. Also, on Saturday we will host the HS Dave Schorr Track Invitational beginning at 10am.
Rocket Baseball and Softball will hopefully get some good weather to finally kick off their seasons.
