Ridgedale High School LEO club members conducted Bingo for residents of Marion Manor Nursing Home

Ridgedale High School LEO club members conducted Bingo for residents of Marion Manor Nursing Home to help them celebrate Halloween. LEO members made and sold cotton candy at home football games to raise funds to buy inexpensive Halloween theme prizes for bingo winners. Then just before Halloween LEO members and residents gathered in the social hall to conduct the bingo games.

LEO members called the bingo letter/numbers and sat at the tables assisting nursing home residents in scoring their bingo card. When winners declared “BINGO” everyone sang the ‘Bingo Song’ as the winner selected their prize. Nursing home residents and LEOs all shared in an hour of social interaction, singing, and lots of prizes.

LEO members and residents all look forward to celebrating future holidays through the Bingo social service project.
