Valid Ohio Principal License or ability to obtain licensure.
Successful teaching and/or educational leadership experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Ohio graduation requirements, College Credit Plus, state assessment systems, and workforce readiness initiatives.
