Ridgedale Local Schools 21st CCLC Power Hours Program Coordinator 

Position Summary:
Ridgedale Local Schools Power Hours is seeking a dynamic, organized, and passionate individual to serve as the Program Coordinator for our 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC). This individual will oversee daily operations of the afterschool and/or summer learning program, ensuring alignment with grant goals, state compliance requirements, and student success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and supervise all components of the 21st CCLC program, including academic enrichment, youth development, college/career readiness, and family engagement.

  • Collaborate with school-day staff, community partners, and service providers to deliver a comprehensive and engaging program.

  • Recruit, supervise, and support program staff, tutors, volunteers, and external instructors.

  • Monitor student attendance, behavior, and progress to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Coordinate family and community engagement activities in alignment with grant expectations.

  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, student data, and staff documentation.

  • Complete and submit all required local, state, and federal reports on time, including data entry into the state’s compliance system

  • Ensure that all program operations comply with grant requirements, school policies, and health/safety standards.

  • Attend mandatory state trainings, site monitoring visits, and district meetings as required.

  • Communicate regularly with the building principal, district leaders, and grant evaluator.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education

  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry platforms.

  • Must pass a BCI/FBI background check.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings for family events and trainings.
