This is Erika Bower, Superintendent of Ridgedale Local Schools, where our mission is to empower students to reach their full potential while focusing on learning, safety, partnerships with our community, and fiscal responsibility.
As the weather continues to change, please remain alert and careful in your travels. Don’t forget there is no school tomorrow, Monday, January 15, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. On Tuesday, the jr. high girls’ basketball will play at home against Hardin Northern while the jr. high boys’ basketball team will play at Hardin Northern. There is also a FAFSA workshop for seniors who are planning to go to college. This will take place in the jr/sr high collaboration lab at 6pm on Tuesday. On Wednesday, bowling will take on Fredericktown at Cooper’s Bowl. Jr. high girls’ basketball will play at Bucyrus, jr. high boys’ basketball will play Bucyrus at home, and high school boys’ basketball will play Hardin Northern at home. High school girls’ basketball will play at Hardin Northern, and freshmen boys’ basketball will play at home against Upper Sandusky on Thursday. On Saturday, high school wrestling will compete at Mapleton. The varsity boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will be traveling to Indiana to play at the Hoosier gym on Saturday as well.
